Gladys Omotuyole is currently the Lead, Fundraising at Hope Builders International Consult Ltd. a not-for-profit organization established exclusively for educational, scientific, community empowerment and consultancy purposes. Prior to that she served as the Team Lead, Hope Connect, a project under Hope Builders International Consult Ltd, that seeks to provide youths with employability skills across Kaduna State. She also served as the Team Lead, Partnerships & Development in building & fostering partnerships for the organization.
Gladys was driven to pursue Administration from her passion for helping people develop excellence in work ethics and different skills such as communication, networking, critical thinking & planning alongside life skills in the place of work. She specializes as an Administrative Consultant, in Leadership Trainings, Capacity Building, Team & Project Management.
Gladys has a Professional Humanitarian MBA from Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, Switzerland; a Fellow with the Hope Builders Enterprise Academy as well as a pioneer student; a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from International Academy of Management, CBEC Learning Center, Kaduna and a B.Tech in Mathematics/Computer Science from FUT Minna, Niger State.
She believes Nigerian youths deserve better job opportunities, and her long-term goal is to help young people develop employability skills, self-development, discipline, morals, and work ethics.
She enjoys spending her free time traveling, reading, playing Badminton and swimming.
