Hope Builders 2024 Festival: Empowering the Next Generation

The Hope Builders Festival 2024 champions the vital role of employability skills in navigating today’s dynamic job market. The theme, “Employability Skills Everywhere,” highlights the critical need to address common challenges faced by graduates, such as a lack of practical experience, weak communication, limited digital literacy, and underdeveloped problem-solving and soft skills. The festival was designed to inspire, educate, and empower individuals by providing insights into emerging work trends, fostering entrepreneurship, enhancing digital literacy, and mastering essential soft skills. It also served as a platform to celebrate graduates from the Enterprise Academy and recognize outstanding leaders, inspiring future generations.
