Dorcas Enoch Dauda is a Tripot co-operative volunteer she assist with administrative tasks, member engagement, and program implementation. She is also an administrative Assistance: Support in maintaining and updating co-operative records, files, and databases. Her interest spans in helping to organizing community outreach initiatives, events, and workshops to promote co-operative membership and engagement.

She also assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on co-operative activities, membership statistics, and performance indicators, coordinating co-operative events, trainings, and stakeholder meetings to foster engagement and members education. She support internal and external communication efforts,
including drafting newsletters, emails, and social media content to engage members.

She aid in promoting co-operative products, services, and programs to potential members through various outreach methods, participate in field visits to support co-operative members and assess their needs and contributions, Provides creative input to improve co-operative processes, services, and member experience.
Skills and Qualifications:

She also has strong interest in community development and the co-operative movement with good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). She has the ability to work both independently as well as a team with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
