The Hope Builders Fellowship Program is a six month initiative designed to equip young Nigerians with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced world. The Fellows are entrepreneurs between the ages of 20 and 35, who are accomplished leaders and have established records of promoting innovation and positive impact in their communities.
The Fellowship is a highly competitive, intensive initiative engineered to identify, empower, and accelerate Nigeria’s most promising young entrepreneurs who are actively driving community innovation and positive change.
Who We Empower
We select a diverse cohort of exceptional Fellows—accomplished leaders and visionary entrepreneurs aged 20 to 35—who have already established a demonstrable record of promoting innovation and delivering tangible positive impact within their communities.
The Fellowship Experience
This program is not merely a training course; it is an immersive journey designed to transform potential into exponential impact. The core components include:
- Intensive 3-Week Leadership Development Institute (In-Person): Fellows undergo rigorous, practical training focused on critical success pillars, including:
- High-Growth Entrepreneurship & Business Scaling
- Sustainable Community Engagement Models
- Advanced Fundraising & Financial Strategies
- Elite Professional Development Experiences (Pivotal Mentorship): Each Fellow is strategically paired with seasoned industry professionals and established leaders across various sectors. This hands-on attachment provides unparalleled real-world exposure, bespoke mentorship, and the opportunity to expand their professional network.
- Capstone Project: Each Fellow is expected to establish a project that will be beneficial to LGAs they are placed in. This is critical requirement for graduation.
- Enduring Alumni Network & Impact Amplification: Upon graduation, Fellows transition into a dynamic and supportive alumni network. This network ensures lifelong professional support and serves as a powerful platform for continuous collaboration, scaling successful ventures, and driving significant nationwide community development programs.
