Courage Agbeti is the Programme Director at Hope Builders International Consult Ltd, a non-governmental organization established exclusively for community empowerment, consultancy, and scientific and educational purposes. Prior to his role, Courage had served as the Senior Leadership Development Manager and as a Leadership Development Manager at Teach For Nigeria. As an Executive Director, Courage is responsible for managing the team of people working to promote systemic change. He specializes in training, team management, leadership, and capacity building for change. Courage is the Founder and Executive Director of Sport DeChild in Ghana. 

Courage has a BA in Political Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Ghana and is pursuing an MA in International Studies at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Nigeria. He also has a Humanitarian MBA from Hope Builders Enterprise Academy accredited by Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, Switzerland. 

Courage is among the pioneer Lead For Ghana Fellows from 2016 to 2018. He is also a Teach For All Living from Lived Experience Fellow, Teach For All Network Connector, TALMA Fellowship Fellow and REALITY Revolve Alumnus.
