Program Director – Hope Builders Foundation for Entrepreneurial Education

Courage Simeone Agbeti works with Teach For Nigeria as a Leadership Development Manager/Coach and a Trainer. Before Teach For Nigeria, Courage had worked with Lead For Ghana as a Fellow from 2016 to 2018. During this period as a Fellow, Courage developed a passion for education and the social sector. Courage is a REALITY Revolve, TALMA Fellowship, Teach For All Leading from Lived Experience and Teach For All Network Initiative alumni.

Born and brought up in Ghana, Courage has a BA in Political Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in International Studies at the Nigeria Defense Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria. Courage is passionate about training, leadership, and education in Africa.

Courage made his first appearance in the Hope Builders space in the 2019 hiking and mountain climbing in Kagoro. First, he shared his concern on what is happening in the education and learning space in Africa. Secondly, he expressed optimism and commitment in exploring a future direction for education in the continent. Together, we have shared concerns about the skills and competences of the future generation and how to best cultivate them in the post pandemic. It is based on his commitments and displayed changemaking qualities that he emerged the program director of Hope Builders in January, 2021.
