Dr. Mathias Bodam Yashim is a visionary social entrepreneur and a Roxbourg Fellow with a Doctorate of Business Administration from the prestigious Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE). He founded Hope Builders Enterprise Academy, accredited by RISE to coach Roxbourg MBA candidates.

Hope Builders empowers young people to become job creators through practical skills training, mentorship, and real-world experiences. As the Founder and Executive Director of Hope Builders International Consult Ltd., Dr. Yashim leverages his expertise in counseling psychology and business to drive impactful social change.

Recognized as an Ashoka Fellow, Dr. Yashim embodies the balance between business acumen and social responsibility. He actively contributes to initiatives like Ashoka Everyone a Changemaker and serves on the Roxbourg Global Advisory Board.

Dr. Yashim is a champion for youth entrepreneurship in Nigeria. He hosts the impactful Kagoro Learning Journey, exposing young people to diverse markets across Africa. He also convenes the annual Hope Builders Festival, a dynamic platform connecting entrepreneurs with investors, policymakers, and key stakeholders to foster sustainable economic growth.
